Heath comes to us from the University of Richmond Dining Services where he served as Café Manager for almost 5 years. He has been in the food/ hospitality industry for 17 years (7 of those spent in retail coffee management). He has been cooking since he was very small with his Grandmother. Heath's goal at UCCS is to nurture an environment of learning while having fun. When he is not working he enjoys hiking and photography.
