In 2010 after graduating with a B.A in Philosophy from the University of Iowa and an A.A in Culinary Arts I moved from Iowa City, Iowa to Colorado Springs, Colorado. I moved here to enjoy all the outdoor activities that the mountains have to offer. I live with my beautiful girlfriend and our amazing dog Haley. I found my passion for food early in college working for a local organic tapas restaurant and I have never looked back. I am very excited about joining the team here at UCCS and advancing my culinary career.
