UCCS Extended Catering

Extended catering has been created as a supplement to fill any gap that UCCS Catering cannot fulfill. Please contact our Event Services and work with your coordinator, who will help you navigate the process. Please note all campus partners are contracted with UCCS, and orders must be placed through Event Services. Please fill out the form below.

Snarf's Sandwiches

The award-winning menu features oven-toasted sandwiches on their famous, fresh-baked bread. Serving premium carved meats and cheeses sliced right off the block, veggies are chopped fresh daily. Don’t forget about their signature giardiniera pepper blend – it adds a kick to all the right places!

*A $5 delivery fee and a 10% gratuity will be added to every order.

Extended Catering Request Form

Clubs and departments may request to use an approved caterer that is part of the Extended Catering Program if (1) Catering cannot accommodate your request, OR (2) Catering has approved the use of the catering partner.
